3 Simple Steps To Change Your World

I realize this is a BIG CLAIM, but if you do these 3 simple steps everyday, your world will shift!

We are trained to process things in our mind, or through our brain.  Science has proven the brain can be programmed or basically hijacked.

If we turn our awareness to our heart, we will connect to incredible wisdom.

Step 1:  Put your hands together in front of your heart, or even on your heart

Step 2:  Slow your breathing way down.  At least 5 seconds on the inhale, and 5 seconds on the exhale.

Step 3:  "FEEL" gratitude through your heart organ, for ANYTHING.  Your spouse, your child, your pet, a roof over your head, the sunshine, the peaceful state you're in...anything.  It's the FEELING that we're looking for.  This can also be done with the emotion of "COMPASSION", "APPRECIATION", or "PEACE".

Every time you do this for 3-5 minutes, this changes your frequency for up to 6 hours.  Get in the habit of doing it every day and you will change your environment.  This is because our world is based on frequencies.  When you change your frequency, then other matching frequencies start coming towards you.  Lower frequencies that are no longer are a match, will start falling away.

These new frequency pattern start to shift your environment.  Then it ripples out as it affects your community, nation, and world.
