Kindness Is Contagious

Kindness is contagious.

We love to witness acts of kindness. These types of videos go viral for a reason.  They make us feel good.

When you Give, Receive or even Witness acts of kindness, the brain releases dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin.  Chemicals that create pleasure, trust, and well being.

Kindness also lowers cortisol and calms the amygdala.  Kindness tells our nervousness system "you're safe", "you're not alone", "you're connected".

Through the repeated process of either Giving, Receiving, or even Watching acts of kindness, you literally start rewiring the brain.  Fear begins to loosen, trust begins to grow, and you're body's health begins to change for the better.

Kindness, doesn't just change someone's day, it changes the body, mind and soul of all experiencing these acts!

Leadership

Everyone of us has the potential to be a Leader!

True leadership is a person who shows the way by setting the EXAMPLE.  Not just saying it with words, but by actions.

Actions speak louder than words.

Leadership is a body language, showing the right direction and behavior.

You don't have to convince everyone. If you can get one person to see clearly, others will follow.  Good behavior will become contagious.

Stand up for best part of humanity, and watch the world shift!

Free Yourself

You can't experience Truth, while you're holding on to something that isn't true.
You can't sore like an eagle, while clinging to a story that you're not enough.
You can't wake up, while you're defending the illusion
Your mind is like a parachute, it works best when it's open!

Happy Independance Day

Independence is the state of being free from the control, influence, or support of others.  It means having the autonomy and self-reliance to govern yourself, make your own decisions, or sustain your own livelihood without relying on external entities.

Are you Independent?

If so, you should be able to name at least 5 dreams and goals that you personally have for your life and are pursuing.

If not, there is no better time than right now, to take a quiet pause and ask yourself "What do I want in my life?"  "Where do I want to go?" "What do I want to do?" "What am I passionate about?"

There has never been this level of support for Independence in the world than right NOW!

Don't waste it.  Be the change you want to see in the world.

This is your time to shine!

Re-Dedication

Dedication:  To commit, pledge, or bind to a cause or goal.

Re-dedication is often done when a commitment has been broken, a path has been blurred, or a goal has been missed.

Entering into any commitment or re-dedication should always involve a focused intention of what you're committing to.  What are the steps involved and boundary lines so that you don't miss the goal.

Going into a new commitment or pledge is basically clearing the slate and seeking a "Fresh Start". By taking a moment to look at what went wrong, prepares us for letting go of the old.  Letting go of the old will allow us, with clarity, embrace the new,

Random Acts Of Kindness

Random acts of kindness are unselfish, unexpected gestures intended to make someones life easier, or the world a better place.

Simple acts, like volunteering, paying for the person's order behind you, giving a person a compliment, or even hold the door open for a stranger.

While these kind actions feel good to both the giver and the receiver, what most people don't realize are the residual benefits.

Acts of kindness not only boosts happiness, reduces stress, strengthen community bonds, but as a bonus, it has an affects your brain's chemistry.  These kind actions releases dopamine, oxytocin, and serotonin in the person's brain of the Giver, the Receiver, AND anyone that Witness the action.

Now that's what I call, an Influencer!

It's Always Darkest Before the Dawn

Does life seem confusing and chaotic?

Does it appear like the efforts you're putting, aren't realizing the results you're looking for?

Then maybe you're seeing only half of the picture.  Maybe you can't see the things in the dark yet.  Maybe people are only giving you half of the truth.  Maybe you're only looking at things in the light, and not asking yourself if there's anything else to consider. There could be many different reasons why you're not seeing the full picture, but that's not the relative part,

The important reason to see the fuller picture, is so you can come up with the best solutions. So that your decisions aren't half backed, but instead fully thought through.

It always is darkest before the dawn.  Wait until you gain more clarity.  Keep an open mind to what you're not seeing yet.  Evaluate all information carefully.  Then formulate a well throughout opinion.

Remember, your mind is like a parachute, it works best open!

Digesting Information vs Denying Information

We are being flooded with so much information that it's hard to keep up.

Some of the information sounds so crazy, it's hard to believe it can possibly be true,

I've always been one who wants to know the truth, no matter how painful it might be.  The reason why is simple, if you know the truth you can make the appropriate adjustment for a better outcome.  If you make a decision on a false narrative, then you're not fixing anything.

Garbage In, Garbage Out.

When you're "digestion information", you are suspending your judgement while processing the facts, and research any questionable aspects.

When you are "denying information", you're blocking any information from being processed.

Common signs of Denial

Refusing to talk about the problem

Finding a way to justify the situation

Blaming other people, or outside forces for causing the problem

Just remember, it's the Truth that sets us Free!
