Who Has Authority Over You?
Nobody! Unless you give your authority away.
That doesn't mean you can ignore law and order, because we need to have a set of rules that apples to all people, so we can maintain peace and safety for everyone.
However, aside from that, all too often we give our power away to others...just because we weigh other peoples desires heavier than our own.
Other people's desires should weigh heavier when it's pertains to their life. But when it pertains to your life, your desires have top priority.
Don't take a back seat to your life. If you do, your dreams and desired experiences may never happen.
Say "Yes" when you mean yes; and say "No" when you mean no!
Leadership
Everyone of us has the potential to be a Leader!
True leadership is a person who shows the way by setting the EXAMPLE. Not just saying it with words, but by actions.
Actions speak louder than words.
Leadership is a body language, showing the right direction and behavior.
You don't have to convince everyone. If you can get one person to see clearly, others will follow. Good behavior will become contagious.
Stand up for best part of humanity, and watch the world shift!
Re-Dedication
Dedication: To commit, pledge, or bind to a cause or goal.
Re-dedication is often done when a commitment has been broken, a path has been blurred, or a goal has been missed.
Entering into any commitment or re-dedication should always involve a focused intention of what you're committing to. What are the steps involved and boundary lines so that you don't miss the goal.
Going into a new commitment or pledge is basically clearing the slate and seeking a "Fresh Start". By taking a moment to look at what went wrong, prepares us for letting go of the old. Letting go of the old will allow us, with clarity, embrace the new,
New Year - New Point of View
When you look in the mirror, what do you see?
Do you see someone who is not good enough, or a person with lots of faults? Do you see yourself as a precious soul that's learning and growing?
The way you answer that question has everything to do with how this New Year will unfold for you.
One viewpoint is negative, and the other is positive. Since whatever you believe will govern what comes into your life, then right now, today, you get to design this year ahead.

Where attention goes, energy flows.
We are far more powerful than anyone has lead us to believe. Whatever we focus our attention on, we are actually bringing that into our existence..
If we worry, we will get more things to worry about. If we're afraid of something, that concern will become greater. If we see the goodness in others, we will find more good people around us. If we smile at people, it shifts not only our day, but it makes their day brighter, too. If we encourage others, we notice more possibilities in our own life.
