Perception is a funny thing, you can have a glass of water filled half way. Some people will see it as half full, while others will see it as half empty!
Whatever people perceive and believe, will become their reality.
The people who view things negatively, will blame other, blame the environment, or blame the world for their lack. Yet in truth, it is 100% on how they perceive what is happening to them.
When things become confusing, focus ALL of your attention on your DESIRED outcome. Hold that desired outcome in your thoughts and in your heart! Hold it steady! FOCUS on it!

Then maybe you're seeing only half of the picture. Maybe you can't see the things in the dark yet. Maybe people are only giving you half of the truth. Maybe you're only looking at things in the light, and not asking yourself if there's anything else to consider. There could be many different reasons why you're not seeing the full picture, but that's not the relative part,
The important reason to see the fuller picture, is so you can come up with the best solutions. So that your decisions aren't half backed, but instead fully thought through.
It always is darkest before the dawn. Wait until you gain more clarity. Keep an open mind to what you're not seeing yet. Evaluate all information carefully. Then formulate a well throughout opinion.
We are at the stage were the old 3rd dimensional world no longer supports us. The world of fear, anger, and guilt. These are emotions to keep us trapped into the lower frequency where we become predicable and easy to manipulate.
As the world evolves into the 4th and 5th dimensions, so do we. Everything is a frequency match, EVERYTHING!
In the 4th dimension, your emotions become more neutral. You become curious and hopeful. In the 5th dimension, your emotions become lighter, brighter, and happier. You forgive others for their misjudgements, you also forgive yourself. We all will make mistakes because that's how we learn; and we came to this planet to learn and grow. We also feel love for others, and love for our self. Our body relaxes, and peace and harmony becomes our normal emotional state.
How will you know what dimension you'll be transitioning to? Easy! What emotions are you feeling on a regular basis? Remember, everything is a frequency match!

WE DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW POWERFUL WE ALREADY ARE!
There's a reason why we feel we're not enough, and that's because we give our power away.
We listen to what other people think. We look to magazine covers, Facebook, movies, television commercials, and social media as a measurement of our worth. But what if all these modalities were wrong? What if there was a reason they placed the bar to unattainable levels? What if they were projecting some story-line for their benefit and not yours?
Just remember, YOU are the Gatekeeper to what you let into your beliefs and what you keep out.
Whatever you believe has a frequency attached to it.
Whatever frequency you hold, will find a matching frequency, and bring that into your life.
If you have a HIGH frequency like Love and Peace, you will bring more of that into your life.
If you have a LOW frequency like Fear and Anger, you will bring more of that into your life.

Stress is a silent killer
Stress can be physical or mental. It can be real or even imagined. Many people don't realize that stress can, and many times are Manufactured!
Even by thinking about something unpleasant can put your body into stress. And the effects on your body will be as if the situation you're thinking about is real!
If this is true, which it is, then the opposite is true too. You can reverse the situation by thinking of things more positive, or going for walk to calm yourself so you can look at things more objectively. You can also play sports, work on a hobby, or anything else that brings joy into your life.
After you take a brake from the stressful situation, you will have a clearer mind to see the remedy.
Remember, you will not find the solution, with the same mind that see it to be a problem.
THIS WAY, YOU ARE MAINTAINING THE CONTROL OVER YOUR LIFE!
Thoughts come from your mind. Usually your intellect trying to logically figure things out.
Feelings, however is something that usually takes place in the heart or solar plexus area in your body.
Feelings are the language the Universe speaks! Whatever feelings you're holding about the thoughts you think...ARE your requests to the Universe.
If you think about money, and feel that you don't have enough money; your language to the Universe says, "I want not enough money". The Universe responds in kind.
If you think about relationships, and feel sad that you don't have one; your language to the Universe says, "I want no relationship". The Universe responds in kind.
If you want more money, or a relationship in your life, look at the money you already have and feel so grateful to have the money. Think about the loving relationships you currently have, even if it's a relative, a dog, or the cute toddler living next door. Think of the joyful things they do, and be grateful for those...
