Time To Step Out Of Fear

Don't worry.....Be happy!

This is the secret to life.  So why does it seems so hard to get there?

Because we weren't properly trained to be Happy, we were trained to Fear.  Fear of something happening, fear of something not happening.  We waste so much time on fear, and the troublesome thing is...when we're fearful, we are easy to control!

That's what they count on.  That's why we're shown scary images, or stories of war.  To keep us paralyzed.

But now that you KNOW, you can take your power back.  Step out of fear!  When you see something that you're afraid of happening, what would be the opposite of that?  Picture the opposite in your mind, picture it in color and add anything enjoyable to that picture.  Think of what you want to happen.  How does that make you feel?

We create anything we focus on.  The news wants us to focus on wars and illness; because if we focus there, that's what we will create.

However, if we focus on PEACE and HARMONY, we will create that in our world.

The Soul's Journey

The Soul's Journey is all about moving forward, or ascending.  It's not about being perfect, it's about being better than we use to be.

It's not a comparison with others, it's a comparison with our self.

When we're living in the 3rd dimensional realm, our predominant emotions we'd be attached to is "Guilt" "Shame" "Fear" and "Anger".

When we're living in the 4th dimensional realm, our predominant emotions we'd be attached to is "Hopeful" "Curiosity" and "Neutrality".  This is where we're willing to be open minded and explore situations and ideas.

When we're living in the 5th dimensional realm, our predominant emotions we'd be attached to is "Forgiveness" "Love" "Patience" and "Peace".

Be aware of what emotions you're feeling.  Are you happy there?  If you are, then keep thinking what you've been thinking.  Being happy is what we're aiming for.

Stay Strong

FEAR (False Evidence Appearing Real)

Real or Not, fear can leave you with the feeling of being "trapped".  It can leave you feeling hopelessness, which can be quite paralyzing.

With just a change of your focus, you'll be able to regain your strength in a short period of time.

First, understand that "Yesterday's History" and "Tomorrow's a Mystery".  All your power is in the here and now!

Each day, make sure you take care of your spiritual needs, and no, I'm not talking about religion.  I'm talking about the spirit inside of you.  That place that offers extreme joy and happiness, the place where inspiration comes from.

Walk outside in nature, meditate, sing a happy song, laugh, smile, run.  Allow yourself to express itself.  Do things that brings you joy AT LEAST once a day...and hopefully throughout the day.

By doing this everyday, your days will be happier because you're bringing happiness in daily.  When you're happy, your soul is free to express, to feel, to create....to be in ...

MANAGING FEAR

The Buddha said:  The secret to Enlightenment is the eradication of fear.

In Sufism: they believe God is on one side of the veil and we're on the other, and our life is the struggle against the veil....and the veil is our fear.

Breaking fear down scientifically:  FEAR is an emotional reaction to a future event, that may or may not happen....with you focused on a negative outcome.

Fear depends on a negative outcome.  It depends on YOU believing in a negative outcome.

When you shift your focus from negative to positive...YOU create a whole different experience.

Perhaps this is why the good book told us 365 times to, FEAR NOT.

Thinking For Yourself

Didn't our parents try to teach us this?  I'm sure I'm not the only one whose parents said, “If your friends jumped of a bridge, does that mean you have to?"

It's important for us to think for ourselves.  We are all here for a different part to play in life, so does it make sense for everyone to think the same?  Do the same thing?  Have the same opinion?

NO!  Nothing new would be created if we did!

You are expanding and growing as a person.  You're creating a new tomorrow, for you, your family, and your community.

Enjoy the freedom of learning from your experiences, the good experiences and the bad ones.  For me, I've learned more from the experiences that didn't go as planned.

United We Stand, Divide We Fall

Have you noticed the world is getting even crazier? Too many opportunities to divide us.

Could this be by design?  Divide we are weak.  United we are strong.  We don't need to have the same beliefs in order to get along....in order to respect one another.

There's a story that seems relevant for the time we are going through, which goes something like this:

“If you collect 100 black ants and 100 red ants and put them in a jar, they will live together peacefully. But if you shake the jar vigorously, the ants will start killing each other. Reds will believe black is the enemy and black will believe red is the enemy when the real enemy is the person who shook the jar.

Order vs Chaos

Groups have studied for decades, how the human mind works; and how to motivate a person. This has constantly been used in advertising. How to stimulate the mind, to get a desired result.

Did you know a person will do more and move faster, to avoid pain than they would to gain pleasure?

You might be surprised whose been using these techniques on you, without your knowledge. Even on the news. Are the reported stories about "fearful" things, or about "pleasant" things happening? I know there are many more acts of kindness, than there are of drama and trauma. However the reports aren't even half good reports and half bad. If you notice the pattern, for the most part, are all fear based reports, and then end with one happy story. Could it be designed to have us view things in a fearful way?

It's time for us to "Re-Focus" our thoughts, our words, and our vision, on the good things in life. Because what we think, say, and do....actually creates our tomorrow.

Taking the Mystery Out of Navigating Through Life

Most people are living life primarily in the first three charkas, Survival, Sexuality, and Power.

These first few charkas are also known as living in a 3rd dimensional life.  Why would any one chooses to live at a 3-D, rather than enjoying a 4th dimension or even 5th dimension life?  I propose to you that it wasn't actually a choice, but rather some subconscious programing done without our awareness.

If someone have been given fear based traumas, and experienced feelings of "Fight or Flight", then repeated; it causes the Energy Centers to regress into the lower 3 chakra centers.  Think of the movies you have seen, the pattern of the script writing usually revolves around a "hero's journey" which is all around triggering those fears, trauma, and anxieties before a last moment reprieve.  Look at the evening news, multiple fear based triggers are being reported when there are actually more good things happening than bad things. Courage

The word Courage may mean different things, to different people, at different stages in their life.

But we're not here to look at other people, or even look outside of ourselves.  All our power comes from within us...never outside of us.  So please give the gift of focusing inside of yourself.  This is where you gain insight, review the past, grow from your experiences, get ideas, acknowledge your feelings, dream, make plans, and most importantly disconnect from Other People's Anxieties and Fears.

Some people may say looking within yourself is "selfish"....these are the same people, if you notice, that do NOT have their lives together.  Actually looking within yourself is "Self-Love".  When you spend the time to really know who you are...you actually like yourself more, and understand yourself better.  At that point, you show up in the world a little differently.  Maybe less judgemental, maybe kinder, more compassionate, more peaceful.  You in essence, have more to contribute to the ...
