United We Stand -- Together

To-geth-er

(Companionship or close association."the experience has brought us together")
We are living through challenging times, and we will get through this TOGETHER.  Love unites us while hate divides us.  We don't have to agree on everything in order to stand shoulder to shoulder with each other.  In fact when we hear a different perception, we might learn something new!
None of us came out of the womb knowing everything.  We learned step by step through our experiences.  In fact, I ALWAYS learned more from my mistakes than I did from my successes.
Let's not allow others to divide us.  In truth, there is one race...the Human Race.

Let's Grow Stronger, Together!

Happy Independance Day

Have you ever had an experience of playing a game you've played for years, but this time with a new person.  All of a sudden there's a difference of opinion on how the game works.  So you pulled out the rules. To your surprise, all these years, you've been playing the game wrong.

Maybe it's time we pull out the "RULES".

Let's all respect each other and play by the correct rules.

Courage Is Contagious

"Now is the time for all good men and women to come to the aid of their country"

Great people throughout history have all been faced with the mental process of standing up for what's right.  Justice for all people and administered equally .

Martin Luther King Jr. stood up for justice in a respectful and non-violent way.  Such peaceful actions took clear-minded principles conveyed in a strong, yet calm manner.

We all are equipped with these abilities, and we have been shown how to display them.  Now we just need to bring our actions to this process.

This takes an element of courage.  The easiest way to bring in the courage, is to participate in local community meetings, arm and arm with your friends who also believe the community should be governed will liberty and justice for all.

Courage Is Contagious!

Happy Thanksgiving

"An Honest Look  At REALITY"

Sometimes holiday gatherings can be challenging.  When they are, we need to take an honest look at what's going on.

Maybe you find that others don't have the same beliefs or opinions that you do.                    NEWSFLASH: They aren't suppose to!!!

Think about your Thanksgiving table, if every dish was seasoned the exact same way, the meal would be dull and boring.  But as it is, some dishes are delightful to your personal taste, while others you can take or leave....HOWEVER all the dishes bring value to the meal.

So it is with the people around the table.  Each person brings an unique flavor to the gathering. Since we have no control over others, we have only our-self to look at.  Are we bringing something that blends with the occasion, or something sour and off putting?

This is my personal way to prepare myself for theses gatherings.  I look at myself as a gift I'm bringing to the celebration.  I try to wrap it to the best of my ability, all the w...

Sacred Journey of the Soul

When you walk in another persons shoes, and see the situation from their perspective too; it's easier to have compassion and forgive them for some ill placed words or mistaken action.  We are all trying to navigate through this life and learn our own lessons.

That is what we came here to do.  Learn and Grow.  We might not get things right the very first time, and there will be mistakes; by others, and also ourselves.  So have equal amounts of compassion and forgiveness for all involved, including you.

Freedom

Definition of "Freedom" from Webster's Unabridged Dictionary:

"The state of being free or at liberty rather than in confinement or under physical restraint."                      -Syn. "FREEDOM, INDEPENDENCE, LIBERTY refer to the absence of undue restrictions and an opportunity to exercise one's rights and powers.  FREEDOM emphasizes the opportunity given for the exercise of one's rights, powers, desires, or the like."

From time to time in our lives, it pays to pause and re-evaluate where we are along this journey called life.  We are ALL born free.  The question is do you believe you are free now?

If so, did you have to stand up and claim, exercise or defend your freedom?  Was this something you needed to do more than once?  Do you respect others, when you notice people standing for their freedom too?

If you don't feel free now, when did you lose your freedom?  Was it something someone took from you, or did you surrendered your freedom of choice, direction, wants and desires? ...

Taking the Mystery Out of Navigating Through Life

Most people are living life primarily in the first three charkas, Survival, Sexuality, and Power.

These first few charkas are also known as living in a 3rd dimensional life.  Why would any one chooses to live at a 3-D, rather than enjoying a 4th dimension or even 5th dimension life?  I propose to you that it wasn't actually a choice, but rather some subconscious programing done without our awareness.

If someone have been given fear based traumas, and experienced feelings of "Fight or Flight", then repeated; it causes the Energy Centers to regress into the lower 3 chakra centers.  Think of the movies you have seen, the pattern of the script writing usually revolves around a "hero's journey" which is all around triggering those fears, trauma, and anxieties before a last moment reprieve.  Look at the evening news, multiple fear based triggers are being reported when there are actually more good things happening than bad things. However they bang the drum of fear and anxiety - again pr...
