We are being flooded with so much information that it's hard to keep up.
Some of the information sounds so crazy, it's hard to believe it can possibly be true,
I've always been one who wants to know the truth, no matter how painful it might be. The reason why is simple, if you know the truth you can make the appropriate adjustment for a better outcome. If you make a decision on a false narrative, then you're not fixing anything.
Garbage In, Garbage Out.
When you're "digestion information", you are suspending your judgement while processing the facts, and research any questionable aspects.
When you are "denying information", you're blocking any information from being processed.
Common signs of Denial
Refusing to talk about the problem
Finding a way to justify the situation
Blaming other people, or outside forces for causing the problem
Just remember, it's the Truth that sets us Free!

So much of "Life's Injustices" come from misunderstandings and wrong perceptions. What if the majority of us, took that quiet time to review our experiences and digest what happened in order to extract the golden nuggets for us to learn and grow from?
We learned and grew while we were in school, and that doesn't stop after graduation. I'm sure you can name numerous things you learned...and then was able to gain additional knowledge because of your foundational understanding.
Isn't a happy life, and a harmonious world worth the few quite mo...
