A Real Father Is Someone Who Is:
Actively involved in a child's life, attending to their needs, providing care and offering support.
Providing emotional security, love, encouragement, and helping the child develop a healthy sense of self.
Guiding and teaching the child valuable life lessons, and helping them to navigate challenges while fostering their growth.
Protecting the child from harm, while providing basic physical and emotional needs.
Setting good examples for the child by demonstrating positive values and behaviors.
Teaching essential life skills, so the child is equipped to be independent when they become an adult.
Consistently present and available for the child by offering a sense of stability and security.
In essence, a real father is someone who goes beyond the biological or legal definition to actively nurture and support the child's development, by being a central figure in their life.
The reward for all this effort? A bond of love that goes beyond words. ...
Are we uniting or dividing ourselves?
We go through life day by day, taking care of our responsibilities, but rarely do we stop and realize if our actions, our words, and even our thoughts are uniting those around us or dividing us.
This might seem irrelevant, but I assure you, our thoughts, our words and our deeds are either calming the chaos in the world or enhancing the chaos.
It's all about AWARENESS!
If everything is energy, then what is grabbing our attention at any given moment? Are we feeling good or bad? Do we notice the things going right in our life, or the things going wrong?
If we take a pause during the day to answer these questions, and become AWARE of what we're feeling and therefore the energy we are putting out into the world...then we can literally bring peace and harmony into our communities, our nation, and our world.
If others around you are being unkind, don't join into that behavior...BE KIND. If others are rude....BE CONSIDERATE. If others are disre...
A personal warrior ethos are your guiding set of principles that you use to navigate challenges and strive for excellence in life.
Identify what truly matters to you. Reflect on your experiences. Your experiences have actually molded you for who you're becoming.
Disconnect yourself from what others do. They were never meant to be your moral compass.
President Kennedy once said, "Ask not what your country can do for you --ask what you can do for your country."
Shouldn't we be saying the same thing about Our Community, and Our Family?
We are here to be All That We Can Be. That's our target. It doesn't matter what others are doing...they'll eventually catch on and catch up.
Be who YOU were meant to be...AN EXAMPLE!
How you look at things will either support you, or hold you back.
If you never went through any change, you would'nt have grown. I agree sometimes change can be scary...sometimes it's not. Could that be because of what you're thinking or how you believe the change will affect you, that made the difference?
I always recommend the 20% - 80% rule. Look at the situation for 20% of the time, to see the problems you perceive might happen with this change. Then suspend those thoughts, and with a fresh mind, spend the remaining 80% of the time looking at the possibilities, options, and opportunities that this change can bring to your life.
This is how we Grow in life. This is how we Create in life; and we are infinite creators. If we can dream it, we can create it!
Afterwards, you can look back and realize the benefits from that change, and how it enhanced your life.
Happy Easter
Happy Passover
Happy Orthodox Easter
2025 is a very unusual year where all three faiths celebrate on the exact same day, April 20th.
What is the common thread between all of these messages?
It's about breaking the bondage we've been put under. Understanding this message offers the foundational knowledge that you are a Free and Sovereign being. Once you hold this knowledge to be true and self evident, you would not allow yourself to be placed in bondage again.
Knowledge Is Power!
Boomerang Effect
Whatever you put out into the world, the same thing will be delivered back to you.
It has been said throughout the ages, "As a man sows, so shall he reap"
It is to all of our benefit, to be aware of what we are putting out into the world.
May I recommend Love and Compassion?
Have you ever gone through periods of uncertainty in your life? When things appear to be confusing and murky?
What did you do? How did you gain clarity? Did you go within for a quiet conversation with the Creator? Did you have a discussion with a trusted friend or mentor? What did you do to navigate through the confusion to the other side of your situation?
The truth is, we've all been in this situation a multitude of times, we just need to recall what we did that brought us to our solution, then repeat the process every time our life hits a bumpy road.
Too many people get lost in the problem du jour, and focus their attention on what's going wrong. Einstein said, you will never find the solution, with the same mind that sees there's a problem. This means we need to be open to look at things differently.
The world is currently going through one of those murky times. We sure could benefit from people who are willing to look at things differently and recall those times of ...
You might be surprised, but many people want to be told some thing that's NOT true, if the truth isn't pleasant.
The problem with that is...you won't be able to navigate to where you WANT to be if you're given inaccurate information to begin with.
Those people will constantly feel lost, frustrated, and unhappy.
As hard as the truth may be, it will always be the shortest journey to your desired destination!
