Grounding is Balancing Your Body's System
When the world appears crazy and out of sorts, there's a very simple and often overlooked solution.
Grounding and balancing your life.
If we are out of balance, then we are adding to the chaos in the world. Most of the time, we don't even realize it.
If we take a few minutes to go outside in the sun, our system gets nourished. When we take our shoes off and go barefoot in the grass, our system gets nourished. When we quiet our mind and say hello to our Creator, our system gets nourished.
When we Balance our self, we are no longer connected to the chaos in the world. Everything is frequency, and when you're no longer a frequency of chaos, then you become an instrument of peace, of love, of gentleness that actually calms the chaos.
Whichever frequency is stronger, will neutralize the other.
